Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and functional specs. 2. System Solutioning & Design: Use gathered requirements to propose and design modern, maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet or reimagines the business need. 3. System Understanding: Work closely with architects, developers, and testers to ensure solutions are feasible and align with existing systems. 4. Data & Process Analysis: Use SQL, Excel, or BI tools to analyze data, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities for automation or optimization. 5. Documentation & Communication: Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and act as the point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams. 6.
