Lead the architecture and delivery of complex B2B and B2B2C commerce solutions, including integrations with ERP, CRM, PIM, and other enterprise systems, while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle through solution design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance. Maintain a hands-on role in application development and support while mentoring teams on engineering standards and platform optimization.
