The role requires deep expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem, platform engineering, integrations, AI-enabled capabilities, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles., * Define platform architecture, roadmap, and governance standards.

 * Lead solution design, modernization, upgrades, and technical reviews.
 * Architect enterprise integrations, APIs, and platform engineering standards.
 * Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize platform initiatives.
