Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. * Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive deliverables to completion with minimal supervision. * Strong follow-through and accountability in managing action items across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. * Ability to anticipate next steps, identify potential obstacles, and escalate issues appropriately. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, Smartsheet, and accounting systems. * Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision. * Demonstrated ability to balance project coordination responsibilities with hands-on execution while maintaining ownership of project outcomes. ## Description This role requires a high degree of ownership, initiative, and accountability. The Finance Integration Program Manager is expected to independently drive project momentum, maintain accurate project documentation, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure tasks are completed and verified.
