This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career designer/developer who blends strong graphic design sensibilities with hands-on front-end coding skills, a detail-oriented approach to site maintenance, and a genuine interest in modern web tools, including AI-assisted development., * Bachelor's degree in web design, Graphic Design, Interactive/Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Demonstrable proficiency hand-coding HTML and CSS. * Ability to confidently read, modify, and adapt existing JavaScript code. * Graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop (and familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite). * Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, responsive design, and web accessibility standards. * Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. * Hands-on experience with a content management system (CMS) and a digital asset management (DAM) platform, including content publishing, metadata management, and ongoing site maintenance. * Familiarity with using AI tools to assist with coding and development. * Strong attention to detail, including the ability to QA live pages, validate product-page data and links, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
