 * Experience conducting application and middleware performance testing and analysis using JMeter or comparable performance-testing tools.
 * Experience supporting document-processing and specialized business applications, such as PSPDF or OccuCoder.
 * Experience creating operational runbooks, architecture and configuration documentation, and providing knowledge transfer to technical staff.
