As our Industrial Tooling & Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you'll architect the workflows, fixtures, and weld processes that turn ideas into rugged, reliable products-efficiently and at scale. Your Mission Elevate production by designing world-class processes, implementing the right equipment, and proving capability with data. You'll be the connective tissue across R&D, Quality, Production, and external operations to ensure every part meets spec, every time. Impact Areas * Process Architecture: Engineer and launch manufacturing processes and equipment for cost-effective, high-quality output. Program plasma, laser, and press brake equipment to deliver exacting tolerances. * Tooling & Fixturing: Design fixtures and tooling in SolidWorks to drive repeatability, ergonomics, and safety. * Welding Excellence: Own manual MIG and robotic welding-design, implement, and optimize. Develop and maintain WPS and PQRs; ensure adherence to AWS/ASME. * Reliability & Quality: Lead root-cause analysis for weld defects and equipment failures; implement durable corrective and preventive actions. Oversee quality for inbound materials and outbound products. * Continuous Improvement: Conduct time-and-motion studies, identify cost reductions, and streamline flow without compromising quality. * Project Leadership: Define scope, initiate, and manage all project phases; collaborate with Project Managers for resource planning and progress tracking.
