This job isn't for everyone\. It requires the ability to apply knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle with Quality Engineering Methodologies and Tools to be an independent authority giving our customers the confidence that their platform's software was developed in accordance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures\., * Conducting product and process evaluations/audits to ensure compliance against approved procedures\. * Monitoring quality gates in GitLab for compliance with company DevSecOps procedures\. * Learning and understanding the tools used to perform automated quality gate checks\. * Performing trend analysis on failure data to identify systemic issues\. * Owning non\-conformance reports \(Findings and Internal Corrective Action Requests\) end\-to\-end: identification, documentation, tracking, verification of corrective action implementation, and closure\. * Facilitating Root Cause Analysis \(RCA\) events and ensure robust Corrective Action Plans \(CAP\) are developed to prevent recurrence of non\-conformances\. * Reviewing and approving software program plans and deliverable documentation in support of DO\-178C objectives and contract deliverable line items \(CDRLs\)\. * Supporting major technical milestone events \(PDR, CDR, TRR, FCA, PCA, etc\.\)\. * Participating in Agile ceremonies \(Scrum, PI Planning, Retrospectives\)\.
