This team is responsible for configurations, integrations and troubleshooting within Manhattan 2015. The ideal candidate will be a SME in Manhattan WMOS configurations and integrations. This person will be responsible for working with PM's and PO's to translate business requirements into technical requirements that can then be created into stories for development teams to carry out. They will also conduct root cause analyses and create and execute on design plans for custom configurations that support resolution of operational issues and bottlenecks within Manhattan WMOS. They will then work with DC's to schedule rollouts and provide end user training on new features.
