This is primarily a sustaining engineering and technical leadership role focused on platform stability, defect resolution, targeted enhancements, and mentoring developers across local and offshore teams., * Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide day-to-day technical direction, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor onshore/offshore team partners.
