Experience providing help desk or service desk support in a detail-focused environment.

## Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support end users with day-to-day technical issues in Pennsylvania. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, delivering responsive customer support, and maintaining reliable desktop performance across a Microsoft Windows environment. The person in this role will handle incoming service requests, troubleshoot system and access issues, and help ensure users can work efficiently with minimal disruption., Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and Windows-related issues reported by end users.
Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner, documenting steps taken and outcomes clearly.
Troubleshoot desktop and account-access problems, identifying root causes and escalating more complex issues when needed.
Support user administration tasks within Active Directory, including account updates and access-related assistance.
Assist team members with Windows 10 functionality, system settings, and common workstation problems.
Communicate with users throughout the support process to set expectations and confirm issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and recurring technical concerns to support service improvement.
