We are: Wizeline, a global AI-centric technology solutions provider, develops cutting-edge, AI-powered digital products and platforms.We partner with clients to leverage data and AI, accelerating market entry and driving business transformation.As a global community of innovators, we foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact.With the right people and the right ideas, there's no limit to what we can achieve Are you a fit?Sounds awesome, right?Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role: Responsibilities: - Responsible for designing and building AI-enabled services that support high-value Financial Crime scaling challenges.- The engineer combines strong .NET engineering foundations with practical experience using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, secure Azure hosting patterns and Retrieval Augmented Generation to build grounded, auditable and cost-aware solutions.- The engineer works on use cases aligned to the FinCrime Scaling backlog, including Screening, Cross Border Payments, Name Screening, KYC/KYB, Companies House alerts, Court Orders, Wider Exposure Reviews, Tactical Intelligence Reviews, iSAR Complex, Fraud and Transaction Monitoring.- The focus is on reducing manual effort, improving operational scalability, supporting faster and better-informed investigations, and delivering measurable ROI.Must-have Skills To be successful in this role, you must have: - Strong experience with LLMs - Azure OpenAI for chat/completion capabilities.- Azure AI Foundry/AI Studio - Azure AI Search for retrieval over approved knowledge sources.- Azure AI Search hybrid retrieval, semantic ranking and citation-backed responses.- When to use RAG rather than fine-tuning or a generic prompt.- How to structure source documents for retrieval.- Chunking, indexing and vectorisation concepts.- While Azure is our primary platform, the engineer should also understand the other models and frameworks we can use, along with the trade-offs between them.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.English B2 Advanced or C1 Nice-to-have: - Financial Crime Experience - Azure storage technologies What we offer: - Competitive compensation & total rewards - Health benefits & wellness programs - Savings & retirement plans - Global mobility opportunities - Flexible work policy and remote-friendly approach - Happy hours, gaming tournaments, sports activities & more - Continuous learning & training programs with WizeAcademy - Free certifications in cloud technologies and coding languages Find out more about our culture here.
