We are looking for someone who will be committed to ensure that New Relic is, and is known to be, a uniquely great place for everyone to do their best work! Projects will directly improve the full employee life-cycle at New Relic as we use data to understand and improve our hiring processes, retention, employee performance and engagement. Collaborate across multiple teams, within the People organization, and be a key contributor by building dashboards and providing analytical findings to help track goals and uncover areas for improvement. If you are passionate about digging into data and providing insights that tie People data back to the business, then this role is for you!
