## About the Role

 * Experience with logging, monitoring, alerting, and application observability tools.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work effectively with development, application support, and operations teams.

Experience:

 * Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications using Java and ReactJS.
 * Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications.
 * Experience working with CI/CD processes and automated software delivery pipelines.
 * Experience implementing application monitoring, alerting, and reliability solutions.
 * Experience troubleshooting production applications and participating in critical incident resolution.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and implement high-performing, scalable software applications using Java and ReactJS.
 * Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React UI technologies.
 * Serve as a technical consultant for application architecture, development, performance, and scalability.
 * Identify application performance bottlenecks and recommend and implement improvements.
 * Integrate and support CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates to ensure code quality, test coverage, and deployment reliability.
 * Implement application logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
 * Develop automated runbooks and self-healing capabilities to improve application reliability and reduce operational support.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including collaborating with application and support teams during critical incidents.
 * Apply software engineering principles to IT operations to develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
 * Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
