## About the Role

* A high school diploma or higher, (i.e. an associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field) or equivalent work experience is required
 * 2-3 years of experience with an in-person or virtual technical support role in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users, understand their needs, and provide clear and helpful support
 * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve first-level technical problems, often under pressure.
 * Familiarity with using ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.
 * Ability to accurately document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
 * Possesses general proficiency in navigating Slack, Google Workspace, Office 365, and various other SaaS applications, including Jira and Confluence.
 * Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
 * Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems.

## Description

Yoh is seeking a Jr. IT Service Desk Analyst- ONSITE with our client within the Media Industry for a long term contract located in Los Angeles, CA

 * This position is 100% OnSite, 5 days a week
 * 40 hours, Mon-Friday, Day time hours. Ability to work occasionally after hours and on weekends for maintenance and as part of an on-call rotation on rare occasions.
 * $30-32/hr. max pay rate

What You Will Be Doing

 * Provide first-line IT support for staff via ticketing system, phone, Zoom, Slack, and remote tools.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues on-site and remotely.
 * Support conference room technology and provide walk-up IT assistance.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and escalate complex issues as needed.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
