This role requires a strong background in network engineering, voice and video systems, and secure communications within complex enterprise environments., Design, implement, and maintain enterprise voice and video communication systems * Engineer and support VoIP environments using protocols such as SIP, RTP, and H.323 * Design and optimize Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) to support voice and video traffic * Apply Quality of Service (QoS) principles to ensure high-performance voice communications * Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN concentrators * Support secure voice architectures, including Session Border Controllers (SBCs), TLS encryption, and secure call routing * Integrate voice solutions with cloud platforms and hybrid environments * Perform advanced troubleshooting and traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark * Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support mission requirements * Develop and deliver technical documentation, reports, and briefings * Present technical designs, concepts, and results to non-technical stakeholders and senior government personnel * Apply structured engineering design processes to develop innovative, mission-aligned solutions * Travel is required, up to 10% and is based on customer needs.
