familiarity with code quality and delivery tooling (e.g., static analysis, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines) * Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and integrating them into day-to-day engineering workflows * Experience building microservices and deploying to Kubernetes-based containers * Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) including networking basics, identity, and managed services * Preferred: P&C insurance industry experience;
