## Description

Our client is seeking a hybrid technical expert to provide hands-on electrical and controls troubleshooting for industrial CNC machine tools while driving aftermarket sales support and customer success. **BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Experience in controls, specializing in Fanuc CNCs and ladder logic. Expertise in industrial automation, networking, PID control, schematic reading and proven customer-facing technical support or sales experience** APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration for this direct hire position! Responsibilities

 * Diagnose PLCs, PMCs, HMIs, motion control systems, Fanuc CNC controls, VB.net/VB6 software, and motor/spindle drives.
 * Perform ball screw parameter tuning, tool changer adjustments, and safety system/sensor maintenance.
 * Build and configure replacement control PCs for field applications.
 * Deliver technical customer support, assist with customer orders, and utilize CRM tools to support aftermarket sales.
 * Read technical schematics, train internal team members, and ensure safe, timely project execution.

The essential functions of this role include:
