## Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead complex analyses, mentor junior analysts, and partner directly with leadership to shape data-informed strategy across the organization.
Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end analysis on high-priority business questions
 * Design and own key dashboards and reporting frameworks used company-wide
 * Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level analysts
 * Partner with leadership to define KPIs and success metrics for major initiatives
 * Identify opportunities to improve data quality, structure, and governance
 * Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
 * Present findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders
 * Collaborate with data engineering on pipeline and infrastructure needs
