* Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative/Technical Discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Economics)
 * Minimum 3 years of data science / quantitative modeling work experience, with hands-on experience working with large datasets (including text); practical experience with deploying LLMs highly preferred
 * Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA), paired with the ability to establish trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for deployed models
 * Strong knowledge in programming languages of Python, SQL or R
 * Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present data analytics results to internal and external stakeholders
 * Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment., * Proven experience designing and implementing predictive models, Generative AI, and agentic systems, with a track record of developing novel AI approaches to
 * boost model performance
 * Strong foundational knowledge of responsible AI practices, including the integration
 * of data governance, ethical AI considerations, and security protocols throughout
 * the model-development lifecycles
 * Experience with GitHub and repositories
 * Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field

* Develop/Implement/Test AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization, including supporting vendor-developed Agentic AI models and its governance
 * Leverage novel approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes
 * Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into every stage of model development and deployment
 * Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems
