* 5 8+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level
 * Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients
 * Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer
 * Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items
 * Comfortable working onsite at a customer site for an extended discovery period
 * US-person status, consistent with the CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions governing this engagement
