This role serves as a functional and technical resource, supporting global workforce timekeeping, absence management, workforce scheduling structures, and labor reporting requirements. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, support teams, and technical resources to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and implement scalable solutions that align with organizational policies and operational objectives.
