* Bachelor's Degree
 * Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
 * 5+ years of experience in full stack software development, * Level 3: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience
 * Level 4: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 9+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 13+ years of directly related work experience OR 17+ years of related, relevant experience
 * 3+ years of experience supporting multiple programs and functions
 * 1+ years of experience with mission/safety-critical software development
 * 1+ years of experience working in aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech industry
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver practical, effective solutions
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 * Experience working in an agile development environment
 * Proven leadership or project coordination experience
 * Familiarity with software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration, This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack software solutions that support model based sustainment simulations
 * Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software systems
 * Coordinate complex development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines, ensuring alignment with program objectives
 * Lead or contribute to project planning, code reviews, and agile development processes
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure reliability and performance
 * Continuously improving software processes, tools, and documentation to enhance team productivity and product quality
 * Apply strong system-level thinking to integrate software components effectively within the broader operational environment
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
