This role will lead the build and implementation of our central cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a comparable platform) and the integrations linking our cattle-management, hedging, accounting, and operating systems - building it yourself, with consulting support where needed - then maintain and improve the platform and use Power BI or a comparable tool to create the automated dashboards and reporting the company runs on: an auto-generated borrowing base, real-time cattle positions and valuations, and a live budget and cash-flow model. Beyond the build, this position will run the financial and performance analytics behind all of our business operations and bring efficiency and optimization ideas directly to the CEO - proposed savings, operational changes, and trials, backed by the numbers.
