## About the Role

* 15+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business systems analyst, technical BA, or similar role.

 * Strong healthcare domain experience required; payer/provider experience preferred.

 * Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.

 * Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements analysis, system integration, and healthcare processes.

 * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

 * Must be able to work 3 days onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.

## Description

* Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

 * Work with stakeholders to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

 * Partner with product owners, BSAs, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

 * Analyze system workflows, integrations, data flows, and business processes.

 * Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, releases, and issue resolution.

 * Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.

 * Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements.

 * Ensure solutions align with healthcare standards and compliance requirements.
