Develop charters, work with internal stakeholders on strategies and objectives, establish success criteria, and align resources and schedules to achieve the objectives. * Support the development of prefabrication execution strategies and advanced work packaging initiatives for North American data center construction, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to scale consistent, repeatable processes. * Manage project progress, risks, and mitigation throughout development and execution, independently analyzing complex construction challenges and communicating timely updates to leadership. * Gather internal requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment, while engaging with supply chain partners to resolve challenges and scale industry best practices across the data center portfolio. * Resolve critical issues to protect project timelines and costs, driving consensus and compromise across matrixed partner organizations.
