This role supports custom report development and maintenance across enterprise-wide systems including Millennium, Soarian Financial Reporting, Healthcare Intelligence, PowerInsight, Oracle Analytics (OA), and Claims Rules Development. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, performing incident resolution, building new reports, modifying existing reports, and ensuring solutions are optimized and compliant with client contracts.
