## About the Role

* Professional experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience within the information technology sector
 * Core backend stack: Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, or Kotlin, including REST/message-driven services and distributed design (12-Factor-Apps)
 * Frontend expertise: Solid understanding of modern UI design using either Angular or React, alongside TypeScript
 * Cloud & DevOps: Practical experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) and CI/CD tools (Git, ArgoCD)
 * Database & QA skills: Proficient in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, PL/SQL knowledge) and automated testing tools such as JUnit, Swagger, and Playwright
 * Language proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of the German language is a plus
 * Industry & flexibility: Banking/financial services experience is advantageous, with a willingness for occasional EU travel
