The Network Analyst works as part of the IT team led by the Sr. Network analyst to proactively identify problems and facilitate solutions in a manner that provides an Experience of a Lifetime for employees and guests. The Network Analyst prioritizes safety and guest service while living the company's core values to deliver excellent IT support., Be Safe: * Prioritize and ensure personal, coworker and guest safety in all aspects of your work. * Adhere to company safety policies and procedures. * Engage in company trainings and initiatives to support safety. Serve Others: * Support and administer server infrastructure * Support PC technicians by providing network knowledge to assist in accomplishing tasks * Use the work ticket management system to manage start-to-finish work flow for support tickets in alignment with company metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). * Provide exceptional guest service supporting users and collaborating with coworkers, ensuring the Experience of a Lifetime. Drive Value for the Company: * Maintain network systems, wireless 802.11 enviroments, and end device connectivity. * Physical fiber and copper cable patching and troubleshooting. * Create and maintain documentation detailing network projects, design, & configuration * Manage projects with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors to add, fix, or replace existing network infrastructure both on-mountain and in resort base area(s) * Willingness to bring new ideas to team(s) for constant evaluation, improvement, and/or implementation of Vail Resorts IT systems while adhering to IT standards * Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training.
