The ability to listen to non-technical users (teachers/students), understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions. * Problem Solving: A methodical approach to troubleshooting hardware, OS, and software deployment issues. * Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal). Greek language skills are a plus but not required, as ACS Athens operates in an international English-speaking environment. ## Description ACS Athens is seeking a skilled and collaborative IT Systems Engineer to join our dedicated IT team. In this role, you will be the primary custodian of our core identity and systems infrastructure, ensuring that our 18 local servers, Azure/M365 hybrid environment, and 560+ Windows workstations run seamlessly. This role includes actively engaging with our faculty, staff, and students to understand their technical needs, support their daily operations, and help plan practical software implementations that enhance the educational experience.
