 * Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.

 * Ability to clearly document technical issues.

 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 * Basic understanding of web applications.

 * Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and tools.

Preferred:

 * Basic JavaScript, HTML, or CSS knowledge.

 * Familiarity with Git.

 * Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

 * Familiarity with REST APIs and browser developer tools.

 * Experience with Agile software development.

## Description

* Review requirements and user stories to determine testing needs.

 * Create and maintain manual and automated test cases for new features.

 * Build automated browser-based tests for repeatable application workflows.

 * Test features as they progress through development, testing, staging, and production.

 * Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality continues to work.

 * Test applications across supported browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and mobile devices.

 * Identify, document, and track defects with clear steps to reproduce.

 * Retest corrected defects and verify fixes.

 * Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

 * Review automated test results and investigate failures.

 * Maintain and improve the automated regression test suite.

 * Pay particular attention to financial calculations, data accuracy, validation, permissions, and edge cases.
