## Description

We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team and build foundational skills in reporting, data cleaning, and business analysis under the guidance of experienced analysts.
Responsibilities

 * Pull and organize data from spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools
 * Support the creation of routine reports and simple dashboards
 * Perform basic data cleaning and quality checks
 * Assist senior analysts with larger analytical projects
 * Document steps taken to produce reports for repeatability
 * Flag data inconsistencies to the appropriate team
 * Attend team meetings to understand business context behind requests
