## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

 * 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

 * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.

 * Experience with Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling experience a plus.

 * Prior experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.

 * Government contracting experience with a professional services/consulting organization a plus.

## Description

The Salesforce Engineer builds and configures Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice capabilities under the direction of the Salesforce Lead Engineer, supporting client's contact-center and loan-servicing workflow modernization.
Responsibilities

 * Configure and develop Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved by the Salesforce Lead Engineer.

 * Build and unit-test Salesforce components supporting contact-center and loan-servicing use cases.

 * Support integration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake and legacy systems.

 * Participate in two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective.

 * Document configuration and support user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders.
