Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution., * 5+ years of experience implementing and administering Dynatrace or monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, including dashboards, alerting policies, and service mapping * Experience with Dynatrace and SolarWinds platform deployment, configuration, and performance tuning * Experience integrating monitoring solutions with ServiceNow for automated incident, event, and CMDB workflows * Experience with log aggregation, event correlation, and performance analytics tools * Knowledge of infrastructure, application, and network monitoring concepts * Ability to troubleshoot in complex enterprise environments * Ability to work across engineering, operations, and program teams * Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and observability views for technical and leadership audiences * Public Trust * Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience with system engineering, or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering and 10+ years of experience with system engineering Nice If You Have: * Experience designing or operating observability platforms, including APM, logging, metrics, or tracing at enterprise scale * Experience with event correlation, AIOps platforms, or machinelearningbased alerting * Experience with automation and scripting, including PowerShell, Python, or Ansible * Experience developing monitoring strategies for hybrid or modernized infrastructures * Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and cloudnative monitoring services * Knowledge of ITIL processes and how monitoring aligns with incident, problem, and change management * Knowledge of supporting large federal, DoD, or publicsector IT environments * Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the monitoring discipline * Dynatrace, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, or related Monitoring or ITSM Technologies Certifications Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required. ## Description As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape Enterprise Command Center (ECC) mission by leading monitoring engineering effort, on the Endpoint Support and Operations Monitoring (ESOM) contract on the Application Performance Monitor team.
