## About the Role

* BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Senior-level software engineering experience, or equivalent ownership of complex systems
 * Strong C/C++ skills and deep Linux systems experience.
 * Practical fluency with AI-native engineering workflows, including coding agents, LLM-assisted debugging, test generation, automation, and rapid exploration.
 * Experience in systems-oriented or performance-sensitive codebases.
 * Strong product judgment, systems curiosity, and a focus on improving user and developer experience.
 * The ability to operate in ambiguity, prototype quickly, validate ideas, and harden successful approaches.
 * Clear communication skills and a habit of raising team quality through technical judgment, reusable workflows, and mentoring by example.
 * A habit of taking ownership, communicating trade-offs clearly, and keeping momentum as priorities change.

Bonus XP:

 * Rust development experience.
 * Windows systems experience.
