* 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, platform security, and governance
 * Experience with Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, and data management tools
 * Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, and integrations
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Salesforce Certifications:

 * Salesforce Certified Administrator
 * Salesforce Advanced Administrator
 * Salesforce Platform App Builder
 * Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
 * Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)

Nice to Have:

 * Experience with Salesforce integrations, API management, or middleware platforms
 * Exposure to Agile project environments
 * Experience supporting large enterprise Salesforce implementations

## Description

Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, user support, data management, reporting, and process automation, along with a basic development background to support enhancements and integrations., * Administer and optimize the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

 * Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and data integrity
 * Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
 * Support system integrations and assist with minor Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, or API-related enhancements
 * Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing system maintenance
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support and training
