Preferred Skills * Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake . * Experience working with financial, investment, transactional, market, or time-series data . * Investment Management, Asset Management, Fixed Income, Trading, Portfolio Management, or Quantitative Research experience. * Experience with AWS and cloud-based data infrastructure. * Experience with dbt, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Kafka, and/or Redis . * JavaScript experience developing internal tools, dashboards, or data-grid-based interfaces. * Experience supporting front-office investment or quantitative research applications. ## Description Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Senior Data Engineer - Investment Technology (Python) for a Direct Hire assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Lower Manhattan, NYC . This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 4 days per week .
