Be ready to give examples. * Camera on. Video is required throughout the interview process and expected for standups, sprint ceremonies, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings., * Salesforce Experience Cloud or Digital Experiences development experience. * Lightning Web Components, or a willingness to learn them quickly. * Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder. * Higher education web experience, particularly student portals, admissions funnels, or academic catalogs. * Modern JavaScript framework experience: React, Angular, or Vue. * Accessibility tooling: axe, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, or comparable. * Digital Analytics Program (DAP), Google Analytics, or comparable platforms. * Marketing automation and campaign email template development. * Git and version-controlled deployment workflows. * Prior federal contract experience. ## Description As a Web Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic and responsive websites that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with business goals. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration of visual elements with server-side logic.
