You'll take responsibility for our existing LabVIEW-based instrument application - feature work, debugging, performance improvements - while also playing a lead role in architecting its next-generation, Python-based replacement. This is hands-on work: you'll be testing and debugging directly against physical lab hardware, not just in simulation, and pairing with AI coding tools to move faster than a small team normally could. About the Company We've grown from a small team into a ~90-person organization, backed by a well-capitalized global parent, and we're still small enough that engineers here own real, visible pieces of the product rather than a slice of a much bigger machine.
