The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven team leadership capabilities, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions., * 10+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET application development. * Strong expertise in Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. * Strong experience with SQL and database design, optimization, and performance tuning. * 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, including: * SNS * SQS * CloudWatch * IAM Policies * Candidates with strong Azure Cloud expertise will also be considered. * Experience building and supporting large-scale enterprise applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance. * Strong experience in production support, debugging, monitoring, and incident resolution. * Expertise in code reviews, design reviews, and software development best practices. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.
