 * Experience performing Rails upgrades and application modernization.
 * Knowledge of security remediation and vulnerability management.
 * Experience working in large enterprise environments.
 * Exposure to AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or AI Dev Toolkit.
