In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to manage project timelines, prioritize business needs, facilitate Agile delivery processes, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with business analysis skills, excels at navigating complex stakeholder environments, and has a proven ability to drive projects from requirements gathering through implementation and release. In this role, you will: * Lead end-to-end project execution, including project planning, scheduling, deliverable tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone achievement. * Partner with business stakeholders, content owners, and end users to gather, analyze, prioritize, document, and validate business requirements. * Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and implementation documentation. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Coordinate across engineering teams, product owners, business teams, and IS&T partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives. * Monitor project health by tracking sprint metrics, team velocity, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and key performance indicators. * Provide clear and timely project status updates, executive reporting, escalation summaries, and stakeholder communications. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test scenario development, defect tracking, and business validation activities. * Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, delivery quality, and operational efficiency. * Utilize project and collaboration tools including Radar, Jira, Wrike, Confluence, and related platforms to manage project execution and reporting.
