* Administer, support, and optimize a large-scale Hyland OnBase platform supporting over 2.1 billion documents.
 * Lead and support a significant OnBase modernization initiative, including platform upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, and deployment of new servers.
 * Implement and support OnBase Advanced Capture/OCR solutions and related document management technologies.
 * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OnBase integrations utilizing REST APIs.
 * Support change management processes, release planning, deployment activities, and production support.
