Hands-on experience directing and orchestrating AI agent tools in complex program orchestration work, with the judgment to know where AI accelerates delivery and where it introduces risk (Builder Proficiency with autonomous agents, or demonstrated ability to reach it). * Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to connect business outcomes, external context, and internal realities to shape strategy and drive execution at the portfolio or large-scale, complex-scope level, and to influence prioritization across portfolios. * Exceptional Communicator & Change Leader: Track record as a credible, boundaryless change leader with a well-established network - able to initiate senior-leader conversations, drive large-scale complex change strategy end-to-end, and influence at all levels in a matrix organization. * Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data, including AI and analytical tools, to assess program/portfolio progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired., * Lead with Influence: Demonstrate deep understanding of business outcomes, external environment, customer context, and internal realities, using that context to shape strategy and drive execution at the program, process, and portfolio level. Prioritize within a portfolio or large-scale, complex scope to accelerate business outcomes, and influence prioritization across portfolios. Drive principled, data-informed decisions and tradeoffs across a portfolio, clarifying execution paths and implications beyond the immediate area. * Deliver Exceptional Results: Lead teams to define program outcomes, build end-to-end delivery plans, and establish a governance model for large-scale, complex programs. Develop and drive the operating rhythm at the organizational level to set strategy, monitor performance, and instill accountability.
