## About the Role

* Data Governance experience, preferably around data lifecycle management and data deletion/retention
 * Experience supporting secure and permanent data deletion initiatives
 * Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
 * Strong data analysis skills and ability to assess datasets and metadata
 * Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Advanced SQL, Python, PySpark
 * Must have strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills to:
 * Support the execution of Enterprise Data Governance Services plans for secure and permanent data deletion.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and align data deletion controls and processes with established frameworks.
 * Develop and execute test plans to confirm controls are fully implemented to reduce risks and address emerging organizational needs.
 * Conduct dataset discovery and inventory across Data Lake zones and maintain metadata.
Technical Skills: Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Advanced SQL, Python and PySpark
