(Required) * Demonstrated ability to set-up and maintain departmental web sites on the Internet using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS and WordPress (Required) * Ability to create and present one-on-one or small group training programs for computer/network users. (Required) * Familiarity with support of networked mail. Knowledge of mail address in, file transfer and remote logon (Required) * Detailed knowledge in connecting to centralized services such as mainframes via terminal-emulation software (e.g. ITS, OASIS via Hummingbird). Responsibilities include planning, maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting and providing basic user training for departmental computer systems hardware and software based upon changes in technology and evolving user needs and requirements; administering, coordinating and working jointly with other SSCERT back-end technical staff to establish, maintain and resolve complex network technical problems involving the sub division network, email systems, mailing lists and the departmental websites.
