You develop a working understanding of every layer of the technology stack - the Java/Drools rules engine, the React/Node/Postgres action library, the Node.js and Temporal orchestration and state machine, the Kafka event backbone, and the Databricks decisioning pipelines - and you use that breadth to diagnose issues, improve reliability and performance, and implement focused features and enhancements wherever they are needed.
