## Description

The PM Data Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) records within SAP using information provided by OEM equipment manuals, customer standards, and maintenance team feedback.\n

This position supports the maintenance organization by ensuring equipment records, PM task lists, maintenance frequencies, and recommended critical spare parts information are accurately entered and maintained in SAP. The role is primarily focused on data management, documentation, and SAP administration rather than maintenance execution, scheduling, purchasing, or inventory management.\n

Primary Responsibilities\n
\n
Preventive Maintenance Program Development\n
\u2022 Review OEM equipment manuals and technical documentation.\n
\u2022 Create preventive maintenance task lists in SAP based on OEM recommendations.\n
\u2022 Enter recommended maintenance frequencies and inspection requirements into SAP.\n
\u2022 Update PM task lists as equipment documentation changes.\n
