## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

## Description

The Palantir Business Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the implementation and optimization of Palantir-based data and analytics solutions. The role focuses on business process analysis, data-driven decision support, requirements management, and solution adoption., * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

 * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
 * Translate business needs into data and analytics requirements.
 * Support Palantir Foundry solution design and implementation activities.
 * Define business processes, workflows, data requirements, and reporting needs.
 * Assist with data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
 * Develop business cases, process documentation, and executive briefings.
 * Support change management and solution adoption initiatives.
 * Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product owners.
