The ideal candidate will understand mission needs, translate business requirements into effective digital solutions, and guide customers toward smarter and more efficient use of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, * Meet regularly with customers, site owners, and mission teams to understand their day-to-day challenges and information-management needs. * Translate business requirements into practical SharePoint solutions, including pages, lists, libraries, basic workflows, and forms. Improve site organization and searchability through effective site structures and document libraries. * Implement consistent metadata and simple taxonomy guidelines to improve information accessibility. * Provide guidance on SharePoint features and recommend ways to streamline business processes using built-in capabilities.
